As a proudly owned and family-operated company, it was established in 2004 by Elias Gaspar after being a project manager over 7 years building EIFS projects all over New England.

EIFS stands for “Exterior Insulation Finish System” It is a product that uses plasticizers, and additives that increase the plasticity or fluidity of a material, to modify Traditional Cement Stucco and make it more flexible. This allows applications in a thinner coating which saves time and material. The system also includes an insulation layer that increases and upgrades system and building performances.

Elias Gaspar is currently our project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the Exterior Insulation Finish System.
Jhonatas Construction team is well qualified and prepared to perform and get any EIFS project done with quality in a timely manner.
Our chief estimator and President Jhonatas Gaspar with over 8 years of field experience and 6 years of estimating has brought our company to the top EIFS contractors in New England.

Elias Gaspar
Founder - Owner
Elias has gone over the top to help this company’s growth. He founded the company in 2004 and since then has performed thousands of homes and commercials projects. He has been managing projects for 20 years now and with his experience as Project manager/field supervisor we have built many relationships. Certified as an E.I.F.S Contractor, he has diligently and with merit completed in OSHA scaffolding Course, Osha 30, and all certificates of the major EIFS brands in the US.

Our president has put his life to make this company a success. Certified by all major EIFS manufacturers. Jhonatas is always building business relationships, he is always looking for more businesses and a way to make partnerships last. Like he always says, “We are in for the long term”.

He oversees all the company finances and compliances, he is magna cum laude Alumni at Northeastern University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting Management, and he recently finished his MBA at Endicott College.
